Additionally,Forbes.com hs recently listed the Eastern Shore area as one of the least vulnerable areas to recession in the country. The Eastern Shore was rated 4th out of 141 micropolitan areas in the United States. The survey takes into account income, mortgage debt, unemployment and education.
